Hello blogger world!!

So, my deepest apologies that I went MIA for 2 or so months. Life just got kinda crazy, if ya know what I mean!! But I am happy to be back and focused and let's just say things are looking up, hopefully!! I can't even believe all that has happened since I last wrote! Goodness sakes. But the purpose of my post today isn't really about catching up, cause I don't know if ya'll wanna hear about my crazy life. What I really want to focus this post on is "new" things. Since we already have a month down of 2014 I thought we could still rock the whole "New Year" idea! Cause after all, it's only February!

Don't you just love February! Cause I really love it, it is probably one of my favorite months out of the year! Not because it is pretty or the weather is super awesome cause let's be honest it still sucks. But I love the fact that we can dedicate this month to LOVE! But we will talk about all that in another post, for another day :) 2014: just another year. Like really that is what I think about this year. Nothing too thrilling will happen, it will just drag on like 2013 and I will still be stuck in school and working and having five friends, cause everyone is still on missions. WRONG! Let me tell you all the wonderful things that 2014 will have to bring us all. All the New possibilities in our life.

• New Clothes
• New Jobs
• New Homework
• New Shoes
• New Boys
• New Drama
• New Missionaries
• New Blessings
• New Trials
• New Opportunities
• New Tears
• New Songs
• New Dance Moves- cause let's be real, we gotta get away from that twerking business.
• New Movies
• New Bachelor and Bachelorette Seasons
• New Headaches
• New Love
• New Testimonies
• New Temples
• New Babies
• New Marriages
• New Vacations

Who knew (pun intended) that 2014 would be such a fantastic year!! I think we get caught up a lot of the time in thinking of the big things that will happen in a year. Like when everyone gets home from their missions, when someone is going to get married, when someone will graduate from high school or get into that nursing program. Although those are all wonderful and really important things that should be looked forward too, we should enjoy the "other" new moments that this present year has to offer. We should look forward and indulge ourselves everyday in what that day has to offer. Even those really hard days, because you would be surprised how much you can learn from those hard days. I hope everyone has a wonderful first day of February!! And I promise I won't go MIA! Love you all!
